HS Doors were recently asked to complete a roller shutter installation which consisted of replace an existing damaged roller shutter with a smaller one by London Waste at their Enfield site.

The job also involved supply and installing a new steel support frame for the door and also a side infill panel due to the reduced width of the door.

HS Doors have recently completed a loading bay installation for Bauers of London in Swanley, Kent consisting of:

Swing lip dock leveller
Insulated Roller Shutter
Curtain Dock Shelter
Nylon bumpers, complete with buffer support brackets.

The site was far from straight forward as the client had no experience of loading bay design and a 1:12 slope into the area they proposed to build the loading bay. HS Doors helped with the design of the loading bay area, including slope, dock height and leveller length to give the customer a workable solution. “Selling loading bay equipment is very straight forward, however selling solutions requires knowledge gathered from years of experience”, Richard Amey, Commercial Manager.

HS Doors recently installed 2 Dynaco S-631 Rigid high-speed doors in London. The task was to replace two ageing and broken roller shutter doors in front of a busy loading bay in Central London. The current location also attracted a considerable number of complaints from residents due to its 24/7 use, combined with very slow and noisy shutters.

When consulted, HS Doors showed the customer an iPhone video of the Dynaco S-631 Rigid high-speed door. That convinced them, as it was fast, quiet, environmentally sound and above all safe. Residents and staff have all commented very positively.
